Your mission
- 3PL (Third Party Logistics) management incl. Screening, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, performance mgmt.
- Communicating with 3PL about delivery schedules and problems with products or services
- Creating all documents needed for shipment, export, customs etc.
- Review & optimization of transportation modes, routes, partners, rates etc.
- Development & tracking of Logistics KPIs
- Reviewing internal and external inventory levels of items to determine if they need to be replenished
- Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure that deliveries are fulfilled correctly and on time
- Completed training as "Speditionskauffrau /-mann" or "Industriekauffrau /-mann" or completed Bachelor's study in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or similar qualification
- 3-5 years working experience in Logistics & Export (Inbound, outbound, shipping documents)
- Native in German and fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills and no hurdles to get in touch with people via direct communication, e.g. telephone
- Experience with ERP systems
- Flexibility and great organizational/coordinative skills
- Growth mindset, willing to continuously learn and improve
